Proverbs 31

This last chapter of Proverbs is very different from the rest. The last part of the chapter is a Hymn to a good wife. I wish I had half as good as the good wife.

Never spiteful, enjoys being productive, up early and puts in a good days work, knows the worth of work, skilled at taking care of the home, sees to the family's needs even in hard times, keeps healthy and a smile on her face, speaks kindly, keeps the family safe and instills discipline in the children.

What would your day or week look like if everyone you met was like the good wife?
