Proverbs 25

25 Like a cool drink of water when you're worn out and weary is a letter from a long-lost friend. Proverbs 25:25

We live in a fast paced society. We do more. We do it faster. Don't get in our way or we will run you over. In your running all over town to get your 101 things done today, have you lost track of a friend? Is there someone who may have moved or changed jobs you don't see as often as you used to? Our lives are like a river. We flow along following the same course each day. Just as a fallen tree or rock can divert the flow of a river, changes in our lives can change where we go and who we see.

Take a minute today and think about the friends who, due to changes in you life, you don't see any more. Give them a call or an email. Be a cool drink of water.
