Proverbs 17

This is a great chapter. There are several verses I would like to write about. Verses 5 and 17 are very good and I will come back and write my thoughts on them later. I just can't pass up verse 12.

"Better to meet a grizzly robbed of her cubs than a fool hellbent on folly" Proverbs 17:12 Massage

What a great picture! It is not hard to imagine the damage a mother grizzly who is missing her cubs could do. I was really amazed when I thought about the damage a fool can create. A fool can create trouble for people thousands of miles away. A fool can create trouble for people who are not even born yet.

My first thought is "can't we get these fools a sign to wear". That would make it much easier to tell who to stay away from. I changed my mind when they came to fit me for my sign. It seems there was an "incident" a number of years ago that qualified me for the "fool" category.

All of us can play the roll of a fool in life if we are not careful.
