Proverbs 8

It is taken on faith the bible is God's word. The bible is God talking to you and me. This passage says God has placed wisdom, sanity, knowledge and discretion right in front of us. The Message uses the phrase "... stand at First and Main, at the busiest intersection. Right in the city square...". Since God has placed all of this right before us, why don't we see it? Why do 50% of marriages fail? Why do people struggle with depression? Why are people filling for bankruptcy at ever increasing rates?

How do we open our eyes? How do we claim what God has given us? Is it like the movie "National Treasure"? Did God leave us clues? If He did where are they? Where are the glasses that allow us to see the clues?

It is all laid out in God's word. The more I read the more I hunger for His word. I have heard the bible called "life's instruction book". That is really what it is. So, read more and learn how to live life!
